JOYCE EDWARDS
Joyce has over 25 years experience in conveyancing practice. She has been based in Rickmansworth since 1992 during which time she has acquired a wealth of connections, professional relationships and long- standing clients who choose her for her calm and professional approach.
Joyce deals with a broad range of residential and commercial conveyancing, specialising in residential matters including freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, statutory and voluntary lease extensions, enfranchisement, remortgages, help to buy schemes, new build sales and purchases, shared ownership and transfers of equity.
Joyce is a Licensed Conveyancer and a Director of EWL.
She lives locally and enjoys the cinema, theatre and spending time with her family and friends.
JOANNE JAMES
Having attained her degree in Spanish studies at Portsmouth University, Joanne joined the legal profession back in 2006 when she began her CILEX studies whilst training as a conveyancer.
She has spent the past 12 years working on non contentious matters and having completed her family, Joanne is now set to conclude her studies and become qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
Joanne lives locally and outside of work spends her time looking after her son and daughter and in her spare time enjoys keeping fit.
MUSA DUDHIA
Musa has over 40 years commercial experience as a solicitor in a broad range of legal matters, specialising in company commercial transactions.
He deals with all aspects of commercial conveyancing including sales and acquisitions of office and shop leases, partnership agreements and shareholders agreements.
Musa lives in central London and enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with his friends.
