Dear Clients

As the UK takes further measures to combat the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we should like to reassure you that we have secure plans in place to enable  us to continue to provide services to our clients and we will do everything we can to do so.

We are  committed to support and advise you effectively during these unsettling times whilst we all rise to the challenges we are presented with.

The health and  safety of our Team is one of our primary considerations. As such, we have the facilities in place to work remotely going forward. To do so we will utilise safe and efficient technology communications to continue to provide a quality service to you.

In accordance with government recommendation as we will be based remotely from our offices for the foreseeable future, the Team at Edwards Willoby & Loch will be as practical and helpful as possible. Communication during this time is very important and there are a number of ways we can communicate with you;

1. Our Team will continue to be available on the same telephone numbers and email addresses – your calls will be the same as if you were calling the office and your call will be dealt with in the usual way
2. We will be replacing face-to-face meetings with video calls or simply over the phone
3. We would ask that our clients do not attend our offices without a prior appointment

You have our commitment to resolve any issues as they arise, that we will continue to deliver the high level of service and that we will give you our very  best attention at all times. 

We will of course, keep you updated of any future developments but please rest  assured that we will continue to strive towards a smooth and efficient delivery of your matter. Meanwhile, if you do have any concerns or there is anything you would like to discuss with us further, please do not hesitate to contact either one of us.
